The service of Mr. Matthieu Schwebel from this real estate company is amazing. I highly recommend this agent if you're looking for a place in Thailand :)

I found a condo of my dream from them, got scheduled to see a place within a week, and all paperwork was done within a month! Matthieu is very attentive and consultative. He never pressured me to make a decision and offered help throughout the process. Finding a place can be a stressful process and having a sparing partner like him makes the journey much more pleasurable.

Merci Fabrice

Bought a condominium unit with Fabrice and Matthieu from Five Stars.
They both have been extremely useful right from the beginning.
They are so patient and really provided me with the best advices.
They relentlessly addressed all of my many requests, almost 24h/24h.

They are both totally fluent in Thai and know so well the various local procedures.
The process at the Land Department is far from trivial and they very successfully helped me all the way through.
They even helped me at the bank to obtain all the correct required documents, and with all the post-settlement duties: change of registration with the MEA (Electricity supplier), internet providers etc...

I would highly recommend their very professional services.

Merci FIVE STARS

I was recently trying to sell an apartment in Bangkok city centre. Having contacted several agents to help me sell my unit in Sukhumvut 24, it became obvious very quickly that Five Stars (and their agent Matthieu) were the only company who were really going about the process in a fully professional manner. Over a relatively short period of time they managed to arrange more viewings of my property than the combined total of all the other agents! It was with a bit of sadness that I eventually sold my apartment to somebody who had been using a different agent, but that was out of my control.

However, having sold my apartment I was now ready to purchase a new one and I knew that in this case there was only one agent that I would be working with. From my previous experience I knew fully well that their knowledge and incredibly professional approach would put them head and shoulders above any other estate agent in the city. And they did not let me down. Matthieu has a wonderful knowledge of the Bangkok condominium market and after a lengthy (yet very constructive) initial discussion, we were quickly able to narrow down our list of projects to around five. From there it was easy as Matthieu knew exactly what I was looking for and within a few weeks I was putting an offer in for a brilliant unit that he had managed to find for me.

So my advice is this. If you are selling a unit, make sure you have Five Stars on your list of agents. On the other hand, if you are buying a unit, ONLY USE FIVE STARS!

You may think that they are paying me to write a great review, such is the praise I am heaping on them. But everything I have written above is the absolute truth and the only reason I am writing this review (having never ever written one before) is to get the word out there about this truly brilliant organisation.

Thanks - Jonny

5 stars thailand real estate is a great agency nestled in the heart of bangkok. I had the chance to work with matthieu and fabrice and they are truly professionals. They know everything, the trends of the market, the do and donts to have a smooth transaction in thailand. One of the big plus is also their close partnership with orbis legal, located in the very same premises. They speak english , thai and french. Definitely a 5-stars agency in bangkok.

Cordialement,
