I highly recommend that anyone looking to buy property in Bangkok contact our fellow countryman, Mathieu, at Five Star Thailand Real Estate.

Having lived in Thailand for many years, Mathieu speaks fluent Thai, which is a significant advantage when searching for real estate in the Land of Smiles. His extensive knowledge of the capital's various neighborhoods allows him to quickly present you with available properties that match your preferences. Importantly, he won't try to influence your choices to sell you a property at any cost, leaving you to assess the pros and cons of the properties he presents. If there's nothing currently on the market that meets your needs, he'll tell you frankly.

In short, he's the one I would contact if I were to make another real estate investment in Bangkok, whether it's an apartment or a house, vacant or tenanted. I would add that he is always available and that his good knowledge of local customs and his mastery of Thai and English are valuable assets for all the steps involved in this type of investment.

Hello
A friend in France gave us Fabrice's contact information because she was very happy with his professionalism when she lived in Bangkok.
Once we were in Koh Samui, we got in touch with him.
He listened to us and, based on our tastes, was able to suggest properties that suited us.
We bought a lovely house from him.
I want to highlight his professionalism and kindness because, in addition to selling us a property, he helped us with all the administrative procedures. Since he doesn't speak English very well, he helped us find a good lawyer, open a bank account, and get a Thai phone.
Fabrice is someone who works for the long term, unlike other real estate agents who are just there to sell you a property and then you never see them again!

Thank you, Fabrice.

I bought an apartment in a condominium at the end of 2017. After a quick online search, I contacted this agency, and their services, particularly Matthieu's professionalism and availability, were invaluable. They provided excellent advice, showed us some great properties within two days, and then arranged a final viewing, thanks to the agency's wise and unexpected suggestion, which allowed us to close the purchase in record time. The support from ORBIS, also recommended by this real estate agency, greatly facilitated communication, the process, and the move-in. The first time we arrived, we simply arrived with our suitcases, and the keys were waiting for us at reception, where we were already registered. If that's not personalized service, I don't know what is! We don't regret our choice at all. It's in a vibrant area of Bangkok, and the apartment has great potential, all at a reasonable price considering the new-build market. Professionalism, speed, and efficiency—three words to describe Matthieu Schwebel of the Five Stars agency in Bangkok. It took him barely two meetings to present me with the 100 m² apartment I was looking for, even though the criteria were numerous and selective.
Working closely with Alexandre Dupont of Orbis Alliance to prepare the official paperwork, less than three weeks passed between the first contact and the handover of the keys after the visit to the Land Office.
In a highly professional yet friendly atmosphere, this real estate transaction was a success on every level, and I highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I bought an apartment in Bangkok in 2016 as a rental investment.

I quickly turned to the agency FIVE STARS, which already had an excellent reputation and extensive experience in this field.
My contact was Matthieu, who, from our very first email exchanges, was exceptionally helpful and precise in answering all my questions about this type of investment.
After viewing several apartments over a few days and making my choice, the agency handled all the necessary steps perfectly. Their customer service was excellent.

This confirmed their professionalism and dedication.

I therefore recommend this agency to anyone wishing to buy property in Thailand to ensure the best possible transaction at the best price.

Thank you, FIVE STARS.

Sold a condo with a lot of little issues that were in need of fixing/dealing with. Throughout the process Matthieu was on top of things and communicated progress well. I am grateful for the service and professionalism displayed. Will definitely use them again.

I was recently trying to sell an apartment in Bangkok city centre. Having contacted several agents to help me sell my unit in Sukhumvut 24, it became obvious very quickly that Five Stars (and their agent Matthieu) were the only company who were really going about the process in a fully professional manner. Over a relatively short period of time they managed to arrange more viewings of my property than the combined total of all the other agents! It was with a bit of sadness that I eventually sold my apartment to somebody who had been using a different agent, but that was out of my control.

However, having sold my apartment I was now ready to purchase a new one and I knew that in this case there was only one agent that I would be working with. From my previous experience I knew fully well that their knowledge and incredibly professional approach would put them head and shoulders above any other estate agent in the city. And they did not let me down. Matthieu has a wonderful knowledge of the Bangkok condominium market and after a lengthy (yet very constructive) initial discussion, we were quickly able to narrow down our list of projects to around five. From there it was easy as Matthieu knew exactly what I was looking for and within a few weeks I was putting an offer in for a brilliant unit that he had managed to find for me.

So my advice is this. If you are selling a unit, make sure you have Five Stars on your list of agents. On the other hand, if you are buying a unit, ONLY USE FIVE STARS!

You may think that they are paying me to write a great review, such is the praise I am heaping on them. But everything I have written above is the absolute truth and the only reason I am writing this review (having never ever written one before) is to get the word out there about this truly brilliant organisation.

Thanks - Jonny

5 stars thailand real estate is a great agency nestled in the heart of bangkok. I had the chance to work with matthieu and fabrice and they are truly professionals. They know everything, the trends of the market, the do and donts to have a smooth transaction in thailand. One of the big plus is also their close partnership with orbis legal, located in the very same premises. They speak english , thai and french. Definitely a 5-stars agency in bangkok.

I had the pleasure of meeting Matthieu Schwebel from Five Stars Real Estate in Bangkok during a rental investment project in late 2016.

The service was impeccable; Matthieu was very responsive and professional. He knows his market extremely well and perfectly understood what I was looking for, culminating in the purchase of two properties that have proven to be excellent investments.

I used his services again in early 2017, as my first experience had been so successful. Another transaction was handled smoothly… I highly recommend Matthieu for his dedication and professionalism.

Sincerely,
