Condos and Apartments for Rent in Sathorn

This page lists condos and apartments for rent across Sathorn, Bangkok's central business district alongside Silom. It covers units for people who work in the offices nearby, two- and three-bedroom apartments for couples and families, and luxury condos in the high-rise buildings.

If you want to live close to the office towers, start with condos for rent on Sathorn Road or Silom condos for rent. If you prefer a quieter residential lane, look at apartments for rent in Suan Plu. Each of the six sections of Sathorn has its own page, so you can narrow the search before you book a viewing.

How Sathorn divides, and who each part suits

We split Sathorn into six sections, each with its own listings. Sathorn Road, Silom and Narathiwat are the high-rise axes, where office towers and condo buildings stand side by side. They suit tenants who work in the district and want a short commute. If that is your priority, also browse our Narathiwat condos for rent. Yen Akat and Suan Plu are quieter residential lanes. They are a better match for families or for anyone who wants a calm street after work, and our condos for rent in Yen Akat are a good place to start. We also list Nang Linchee condos for rent on a separate page.

Getting around, and whether to rent or buy

Three BTS Silom line stations serve Sathorn: Chong Nonsi, Surasak and Saint Louis. MRT Lumphini sits at the junction of Sathorn and Rama IV, and Lumpini Park lies at the district's northern edge. When you compare listings, check the walk to the nearest station. In the business district, it can matter as much as the floor plan.

If Sathorn does not match your brief, compare it with our condos for rent in Sukhumvit or browse all our rentals in Bangkok. If you plan to stay for the long term and would rather own, see our condos for sale in Sathorn.

How we work

We have been a French-speaking real estate agency in Bangkok since 2006. Fabrice Lore founded the agency and still runs it, and he has been in Thailand since 1996. Our office is on the 14th floor of the Bubhajit Building on South Sathorn Road, so we know Sathorn and the inner city first-hand. We work with English- and French-speaking clients. Tell us where you work, how many bedrooms you need and how long you plan to stay, and we will point you to the sections that fit.
