Accommodation

The resort has all of the facilities you would expect with restaurants, bars, tropical gardens, massage and treatment facilities, food and retail shops. All of the villas have a private garden, outside terraces, private pool and are equipped with all of the features that you would expect to find in a five star villa.

Villas used form 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the contract rate.* Villas occupied beyond 6:00 p.m. will be charged at the full contract rate, unless specifically specified otherwise in writing by the property. ** Season Definition ** * The room rentals may be applied depending on the season period as the following :* Green Season : 1 May 10 - 31 October 10* High Season : 11 January 10 - 30 April 10* Reservation for peak season period have a cancellation notice of 30 days, or the full payment will be required. Full payment must be made 30 days before the guest's arrival. ** Payment ** - Full pre-payment is required of 50% on 45 days prior of arrival, otherwise space will be released.- The client have to pay 50% upon confirmation at the of booking to guarantee the reservation.
