Cancellation Policy

- A minimum stay between of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations **or** changes for stays of less than 7 nights. Cancellations **or** changes made within 24 hours of check-in time forfeit the full amount of the first changed **or** cancelled night. - For a stay between 8 to 29 nights, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for any changes / cancellation. Cancellations **or** changes made within 48 hours of check-in time forfeit the amount for two full changed **or** cancelled night. - For a of 30 nights **or** more, a minimum of 15 days notice is required for any changes / cancellation. Cancellations **or** changes made less than 15 days prior to arrival will be charged 15 nights.- Early check out Charge : If clients check out prior to their departure date, one night charge is applicable.- In the event of no show, one night's accommodation will be charged to guest's credit card. Normal Season (May through September)- To a minimum 14 nights prior to arrival: No Charge- Between 13 and 4 nights prior to arrival : 50% of total accommodation - 3 nights or less prior to arrival: Full stay accommodation will be charged Peak Season (October to April)- To a minimum 14 nights prior to arrival : No charge- Between 13 and 7 nights prior to arrival : 50% of total accommodation.- 6 nights *or* less to arrival : Full Stay accommodation will be charged.
