Location

Ideally located nearby the Centara Grand Hotel towards the south end of Chaweng Beach. Our small resort is approximately 15 minutes from the airport, and within minutes to local shops along Chaweng busy Road. Tesco Lotus, Big C and Makro are only 5 minutes away.

Accommodation

Garden Views are typical Thai style bungalow scattered around our resort's garden.Pool View and Beach Front are newly renovated which offer contemporary design with complete all amenities.

Conditions

- Check in time at 14:00pm and check our time at 12:00 noon.- Early departure policy with reasonable cause, the hotel will collect an equivalent of one-night change base on low/high season. The hotel reserves the rights to charge for a full stay during the peak season.

Cancellation Policy

No Show:- During Low Season will result in s penalty of 50% of the total booked nights or a minimum of 1 night whichever the greater.- During High Season will result in s penalty of 75% of the total booked nights or a minimum of 1 night whichever the greater.- During Peak Season will result in s penalty of 100% of the total booked nights or a minimum of 5 nights whichever the greater.Cancellations:- Low Season can be made at least 2 days prior to guest's arrival date or penalty equivalent to 50% of the total booked nights or at least 1 night charge, whichever the greater.- High Season can be made at least 7 days prior to guest's arrival date or penalty equivalent to 75% of the total booked nights or at least 1 night charge, whichever the greater.- Peak Season can be made at least 14 days prior to guest's arrival date or penalty equivalent to 100% of the total booked nights or at least 1 night charge, whichever the greater.
