- Cancellations for Low Season (1 Nov 09- 19 Dec 09, 1 May 10- 14 Jul 10, 16 Sep 10- 31 Oct 10), can be made at least 2 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty 1 night.- Cancellations for High Season (11 Jan 10- 30 Apr 10, 15 Jul 10- 15 Sep 10), can be made at least 14 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty 50% of total stay (minimum 1 night)- Non refundable for Peak Season (20 Dec 09- 10 Jan 10)
