Accommodation

Three types of room include Studio 25 sqm., Corner Studio 25 sqm., and Garden View Studio 25 sqm. All rooms are fully furnished with king-sized bed, pantry, air-conditioning, refrigerator, TV, and water heater. At Baan Rim Vipa we have 24 hours security guards, CCTV on every floor, and keycards for every room. Every week we provide all guests with a room cleaning service and changing of bedsheets and pillow covers once every two weeks for short-term stay guests. See additional services

Conditions

* First Payment includes 1 months deposit and 1 month advanced payment. (1 months deposit is refundable given that the unit is returned in the same condition) * 1 months deposit is not refundable if the contract is broken by lease * Lease shall return the room in the same condition. Any damages will have to be compensated by the lease.
